I have been a Registered Nurse for 30 years and owned my own Healthcare business for the past 20 years but ended up having to shut down and walk away from it due to complications related to Covid.

It was a dream of both of us to create a food truck we could be proud of and that would bring the community closer, after such a worldwide ordeal.
